How long does it take to get started?
Most customers can go live within the same week. Typical setup takes 1-3 days depending on
content and review.
Do we need technical resources to use Replion?
Not much. You manage sources in the dashboard, and the website widget is usually a quick snippet
install.
What happens if the AI can’t find a reliable answer?
Replion falls back and/or escalates instead of guessing, and can send the conversation context to
your team.
How does Replion handle data and privacy?
Customer data is isolated per tenant and processed only to deliver the service. You can configure
retention and delete content anytime, and a DPA is available.
