Replion is a B2B SaaS platform that helps organizations answer customer and internal questionsusing AI grounded in the organization’s approved documentation
The Service is operated by Replion AB (under registration), Sweden (“Replion”, “we”, “us”).
These Terms apply to visitors of replion.se and organizations using the Replion platform(“Customer”, “you”).
By using the Service or signing an order form that references these Terms, you agree to them. Ifadditional documents apply (Order Form, DPA, SLA), those documents will prevail in case ofconflict.
Additional agreements (such as enterprise contracts or SLAs) may apply and take precedence where relevant.
Customer is responsible for all activity under its accounts and for keeping credentials confidential.You must not use the Service unlawfully, upload harmful or infringing content, attempt to bypasssecurity, or disrupt availability. We may suspend access for misuse, non-payment, or securityreasons.
Customer retains ownership of all content provided to Replion (“Customer Content”). Replionprocesses Customer Content only to provide, secure, and maintain the Service.Where Replion processes personal data on behalf of Customer, Replion acts as a processor andCustomer acts as a controller. Processing is governed by a Data Processing Agreement (“DPA”)where applicable.
The Service may generate AI-assisted outputs based on Customer Content. Outputs may beincorrect or incomplete. Customer is responsible for its source material and for deciding whenhuman review or escalation is required. Outputs are not legal, financial, or medical advice.
We aim to provide a reliable Service, but availability is not guaranteed to be uninterrupted.
Maintenance may affect access.
Support is provided on weekdays 08:00–17:00 (CET/CEST) with a target response time within 48business hours, unless otherwise agreed.
Fees and billing terms are set out on the Pricing page and/or in an Order Form. Invoices are payablewithin 30 days unless otherwise agreed. Late payment may result in suspension after notice.
Replion and its licensors own all rights in the Service (excluding Customer Content). Customerreceives a limited right to use the Service during the subscription term.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Replion is not liable for indirect or consequentialdamages. Replion’s total liability is limited to the fees paid by Customer for the Service during the12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim (unless otherwise agreed in writing).
These Terms are governed by Swedish law. Any dispute shall be brought before Stockholm DistrictCourt (Stockholms tingsrätt).
